I forgot my password

Click on "Forgot Password" on the sign-in page. Enter your email address, and Sling will send you instructions to reset your password. Check your spam folder if you don't see the email in your inbox.

I'm not receiving the activation code

Ensure you have a stable internet connection on your Smart TV. Try closing and reopening the Sling TV app to generate a new activation code. If the problem persists, restart your Smart TV and try again.

The app crashes during sign-in

Make sure you have the latest version of the Sling TV app installed. If not, update the app through your device's app store. If you're using the latest version, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

I see an "Invalid credentials" error
